Your Manufacturing Process

Who is responsible for safety, legality and quality? What formal qualifications and experience do they hold? Do you have a "HACCP" (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system in place? Does your manufacturing involve thermal processing, vacuum packing or cook chill? If so, please provide details: What microbiology and chemistry testing do you do on your finished product?

Inspections and Audits

Who is your local authority? When did they last inspect your premises? Has your local Trading Standards Office approved your product labelling? Do you have any other inspections or audits? This could include farm assurance or organic. If so, please provide details: Do any of your raw materials or finished products include ingredients that have been grown or reared in accordance with a farm assurance scheme?
