How do I get what I want if my first choice is not available?
Your personal shopper picks your order by hand on the day of your delivery, so not all the products you have ordered may be available when your order is picked. That is why we ask you to tell us what you want us to do if your first choice is not available. These are called your substitutions. Choosing the substitutions you want:
- When you reach the checkout page, you can click on the substitutions button and choose a substitution policy for a particular item or the whole order. Don't forget to click ok to confirm your preferences.
- You can also add a substitution when you are adding an item to your basket. Just click the write note for your chosen product, choose your preference and finish by clicking ok.
