- No more bills from BT - both your line rental and call charges will be on your one monthly bill from Tesco.
- Your existing BT line features such as call waiting and ring back will be transferred.
- Once you're transferred, if you want to add or remove any line features, we'll take care of it for you.
Now for the (slightly) negative bit...
- If you decide not to transfer your line rental to Tesco, you'll have to continue paying BT as you will still be using their line.
- If you do transfer your line rental to Tesco, you'll need a new PIN for any PIN-based line features, but you will lose any voicemail messages that you may have saved.
- Tesco home phone only works on a BT line so if you're on cable, sorry we can't help you.
- Mobile tariffs are constantly changing and are different depending on which network you call. So to keep it simple we constantly track call charges and make sure we charge you the lowest price we can.
- You'll get charged a bit more for calls abroad but not a lot – only 4p per minute to any of our 15 most popular countries.
- You can't use your inclusive minutes when dialling-up to connect to the internet.
