Remember, your first email may arrive into your Junk folder, please mark sender support@tescohomephone.com as ‘known/safe’ so that when we send you your next eBill notification it gets through to your inbox.

Forgotten your User ID or password? Don’t worry. You’ll be able to retrieve it when you log in. Just click on the gold key button at the bottom of the login box and follow the instructions. For security reasons you’ll need to verify some of your account details based on the information you supplied when you applied for Tesco home phone.

You can save 5% on your line rental just by giving up your paper bills and choosing online billing. Call Customer Services on 0845 300 70 80* and we’ll be happy to set you up. You’ll just need to give us your email address and confirm some of your account details.
