What it will cost you

Charges differ according to whether you're calling a landline, a mobile, international destinations, directory enquiries, non-geographic numbers like 0845 and 0870 or premium numbers starting with 09.

There are three Tesco home phone tariffs

Please be aware that from 1st September we are making some changes to our prices and the way we charge for services. These are reflected in the tables below, but please click here for more information.

* Call rates apply to numbers starting 01, 02 and 03. Daytime 6am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Weekend midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
From 1st September a 6p connection charge per call will apply to national and local geographic calls, premium rate calls, non-geographic calls (eg 0845, 0870, 0844 etc.), international calls, landline to mobile calls and duration based premium rate service calls. The connection charge will not apply to the inclusive calls that are part of Tesco home phone Talk 1, Talk 2, and Talk 3 packages or evening calls to local/national geographic numbers for Talk 1 customers.

Something else

  • Tesco home phone only works on a BT landline so if you're on cable, we're sorry we can't help you.
  • Please remember that we have a minimum contract period of 3 months. This may vary with promotional offers.
