wine & food
One of the best things about summer is being able to eat outside. Graham Nash gives a few tips on choosing wine to drink on a hot summer's day.
I love the relaxed, social feel that usually goes with eating outdoors. Whether it's a long, lazy lunch with the family or an evening barbecue with friends, choosing wines to match the occasion is all part of the fun. Some people say it's a waste to serve too fine a wine outdoors, but I don't agree. If you're preparing top notch food then why not have equally great wines to go with it?
